Ingredients:
- 4-8 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Dizzy Dust All-Purpose Rub
Directions:
- Remove the husk from the corn, and rinse each ear with cold water. Allow to dry.
- Cut each ear into 1/3, and set aside.

- Dice thinly the garlic. Pour the olive oil, and a pinch of the rub in a shallow sauce pan. Add the garlic and simmer until the garlic is lightly brown and the olive oil is infused with the garlic flavor.

- Setup the BGE for indirect cooking, and spray the grill with cooking spray.

- Take each piece of corn and dip it into the olive oil, then place on grill.

- Turn often to avoid flames and ensure full cooking of each piece of corn. The entire grill time will be approximately 15 minuets.
