Grilling Corn On The Cob On A Big Green Egg



  1. Remove the husk from the corn, and rinse each ear with cold water.  Allow to dry.
  2. Cut each ear into 1/3, and set aside. Cut Corn
  3. Dice thinly the garlic.  Pour the olive oil, and a pinch of the rub in a shallow sauce pan.  Add the garlic and simmer until the garlic is lightly brown and the olive oil is infused with the garlic flavor. Oilive Oil and Garlic
  4. Setup the BGE for indirect cooking, and spray the grill with cooking spray. DSC00192
  5. Take each piece of corn and dip it into the olive oil, then place on grill. Corn on BGE Corn on BGE 2
  6. Turn often to avoid flames and ensure full cooking of each piece of corn.  The entire grill time will be approximately 15 minuets. Finished Corn on the Cob
