The Spyderco Para-Military 2 has four positions for the mounting of the clip. To change the clip to another position you will need a T7 Torx screwdriver. 
I ordered mine from Amazon.com. The total price for a 6-piece set was $5.31 plus shipping. To reposition the clip, remove the three screws, then retighten in the new desired position. Easy as that.
